We’ll also give you a sneak peek at what’s under the hood so you can understand why it’s really on our list. With these, you should be well on your way to making your dream setup reality. If you’re inexperienced with PC building, you might want to make sure you want to familiarize yourself with how to build a gaming PC before looking over the best gaming setups of 2019.

Picking the platform based on games can be tricky. If you are a huge fan of MMORPG’s then the getting a desktop PC is your best bet. It offers the best selections of MMORPGs. While computers are great for first-person shooter games also like Call of Duty and all, we however prefer both PS4 Pro and the Xbox One S over it. It is just more fun playing first person shooters on a console and with thousands of other games online. If you mostly play sports game then you can go with any of the three platform since most sports related games are multi-platform with the exception of a limited few.
Some high-end enthusiasts may insist on a Core i7, but you truly don't need one for gaming, as most games don't stress the Hyper-Threading function that makes Core i7 models so appealing for other CPU-intensive tasks. Even a Core i3 would suffice for most builders, but since it's the heart of the system for gaming and also for everyday tasks, we figured we'd be grateful for the extra juice. Note that this isn't one of Intel's "K" series processors, meaning it is not unlocked for overclocking, which is fine; doing so is unnecessary most of the time for gaming. It also lets us save money on other components, such as the next one.

HyperX, a division of Kingston Technology, offers gamers both RGB peripherals and components for the different gaming setup as Alloy Elite RGB keyboard, Pulsefire Surge Gaming Mouse and Predator DDR4 RGB. Since the first Cloud Gaming Headset was launched, HyperX surpassed 5-million gaming headset sales mark in 2018 and continues to gain new fans globally.

I extended the speaker wires with a 100 foot spool of cable and a little soldiering. Now it's a perfect fit for my entertainment center and it handles 5.1 Dolby in Bit Stream format from my XBOX ONE really well. The treble is crisp and clear as are the mids. I keep the woofer turned down to about 25% and the sound is well balanced and clear from my 39" LED.

An often forgotten key to comfortable and extending gameplay is monitor position. Think about your current setup. Is your neck in a comfortable position? Do you have to look up or down at the screen? Is there an annoying glare? Does your monitor position make you hunch down? All of these can have negative effects on your gaming and your body. Monitor mounts are an affordable way to upgrade your battlestation. Easily position the monitors at the right height, and tilt to eliminate glare. It'll keep you upright and stop your slow transformation into a hunched over gargoyle. Your back and neck will thank you.
After we connected the cables for the case lighting, fans, and components, we tucked everything away as best we could. From a functionality standpoint, everything looked ready to go, and aesthetically, we managed the cables as much as possible without taking too much time. We were confident, but you're never really sure it will boot up that first time. After screwing the glass sides back in place (the rear panel quietly hiding our cabling sins), we connected our PC to a display and hit the power button.
Eight gigabytes is perfectly adequate for gaming, though—like a Core i7 processor as opposed to a Core i5—some builders will insist on 16GB. There are benefits to adding more RAM; it certainly won't hurt and can speed both general and in-game load times. So if you find a good deal and have room in the budget, throw in an extra 8GB. Since we devoted extra funds to the graphics card in this build, 8GB it is.
Whether you’re looking for a top-tier headset with legendary comfort and amazing audio, or precision mice and keyboards designed for digital domination, HyperX has all the gear serious gamers need. HyperX is committed to providing the ultimate gaming experience, and is constantly implementing feedback to create the most refined products possible. It’s no wonder that pro, hardcore, and casual gamers worldwide choose HyperX for all their peripheral needs.

How clean it looks is what makes it worth mentioning as one of the coolest gaming setups or more specifically, one of the best gaming setups in early 2019. The monitor near the system unit does a pretty good job at concealing the wires to the monitor (although the angle the picture was taken at certainly helps) and this is something you can surely use if you’re planning to come up with your own cool gaming setup.

Great PC, it's laughed at everything I've thrown at it (admittedly that's not too much), love gaming in widescreen now that I have acclimatised to it. Components are a good quality brand but the case was selected from the lower price range but it looks good under my desk. My only real issue was with the emails I got regarding delivery - it was delivered within the estimated time but by this stage I had had several emails telling me it would be delivered the next day - the tracking number said it spent several days in Manchester and another few in transit from Manchester
Not everyone prefers to game on a computer. Console gaming has become quite popular and has advanced drastically since the popular Atari was first introduced. Today, you have the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One S which are not too far in performance from gaming PCs. The PS4 Pro is slightly more powerful as a console than the Xbox One S. Microsoft will release Project Scorpio later in the year which will rival the PS4 Pro. However, both have the capability of producing 4K content, PS4 Pro is far better at it than the Xbox One S. If you aren’t too concerned about the graphic, then the games are what should appeal to you. Both systems have numerous games that are exclusive to the system. So if you are a fan of particular games that is only available on the PS4 Pro or the Xbox One S then you can pick your system accordingly. Xbox One S is cheaper than the PS4 Pro but remember it is also not as powerful.
This case's big, tempered-glass windows on four sides will highlight the components, and it includes eye-catching fan lighting on the front. It made things more fun, and it also saved us from having to install our own lighting during a live build. (The fans and their lighting come pre-wired.) It also looked relatively easily to build in, and who doesn't want that? At $127 at this writing, this chassis is certainly pricier than necessary—if you're cutting it close, you can easily shave money off with a less expensive case. But it looks great.
Although not essential, this Legend of Zelda-inspired Triforce lamp offers a source of light, works as decoration, and us undoubtedly a conversation starter amongst gamers and non-gamers alike. The idea marathon run of Wind Waker or Pikmin 3 seems that much more inviting with idea of playing by the glow of the Triforce’s celestial light on a side table!
Some viewers also thought we should have installed components onto the motherboard before screwing it into the tower. We have done that in the past, but it's not usually necessary—this case provides plenty of room to maneuver inside, so it wasn't difficult to install the memory, the CPU, and the cooler while the board was already inside in the chassis. In my opinion, it also helps give a better idea of cabling if everything is already in the case.
We think the following is gear gamers should upgrade if they’re able. Again, you can either do so systematically as you gather some cash, grab a few at once, or setup an entire new rig — it’s all on you! Or perhaps even start building your own gaming computer if you want to save some money as well.
